Udom Supply Imex provides professional customized meat cutting and processing services designed specifically for the needs of hotels, restaurants, restaurant chains, caterers, and institutional foodservice operators. Our services include portion cutting to customer-defined weight and thickness, precision slicing for shabu, sukiyaki, yakiniku, and hotpot applications, controlled grinding with specified fat ratios, custom patty production, and other value-added preparations such as special trimming, vacuum packing, and private labeling.
All cutting and processing operations are conducted within temperature-controlled chilled environments under strict cold-chain management, with continuous temperature monitoring throughout receiving, storage, processing, and dispatch to ensure product integrity and food safety.
Our facility operates under established hygiene and sanitation standard operating procedures, including controlled material flow, cross-contamination prevention, equipment sanitation programs, and personal hygiene protocols for staff.
